Tate Land Company offers multiple purchase options. You can purchase the piece of land outright with cash or you can choose seller financing. This option allows you the opportunity to purchase land with affordable monthly payments.

    STEPS TO PURCHASING
    LAND

     

    Step 1: Choose your property.

    Step 2: No credit check or pre-approval needed.

    Step 3: Pay the down payment and document preparation fee with credit card

    Step 4: Electronically sign paperwork that our team creates (purchase sale agreement, land sale contract, promissory note, ACH authorization).

    Step 5: Set up auto monthly payments. First payment is due within 30 days after the initial payment is collected

    Exchange
    policy

    Customer Satisfaction is a core value of Tate Land Company. If for any reason you end up not loving your land, we offer a unique 365 Day No Hassle Exchange policy. We will take the principal paid towards the current property and apply that principal towards the purchase of a new property within our inventory. You would then return the original property to Tate Land Company.

    Full Price Cash Sales are final sales. The 365 Day No Hassle Exchange policy only applies to sales on terms (seller financing). Principal paid will be exchanged for another property within our inventory list. It will be based on the total amount paid for the land excluding all fees (i.e. doc fees, note management fees, closing costs, and taxes). Any late or missed payments by the buyer during the 365 Day Exchange period void this policy.
